We'll deep dive into fueling, caring for digestion, and aligning with natural cycles to get the most out of our nutrition, rest, recovery and injury prevention strategies, and learn tools to boost our resilience so we can move, play and compete for life.
In Part 1 of this course, we uncovered the basics of Ayurveda and discussed the natural cycles that ebb and flow through the natural world, through our bodies and impact our training, racing and performance (both seen and unseen.) In this course we'll dive deeply into Ayurvedic nutritional philosophy and discuss how to safeguard digestion, and fuel our bodies with real, whole foods.
This third course in the series will empower you with tools to track balance an imbalance, and help you to understand what small measures to take to microcorrect. Breathwork, routines, lifestyle patterns, movement and mobility practices and mindset shifts are on the menu, each with a subtle yet powerful impact on regaining our balance when things fall out.
