What I learned, and what I'll share with you.

As an athlete and Ayurvedic practitioner, I found the mixed messages around how to prepare for new motherhood to be confusing and noisy.

There were so many *shoulds* that entered my mind; around "bouncing back" to a my previous self, losing baby weight, and balancing the demands of my professional + personal lives, and athletic goals with my role as a mama.

And so, I decided to ignore the loud roar of advice and lean on my education as an Ayurvedic practitioner to design my own First 40 Days post-partum; empowered by this ancient medicinal system, this time was infused with gentleness, power, deep nutrition, true recovery, rest and inspiration (instead of being a sleepless, frustrating slog.)

It was the 4th trimester all mothers deserve, and all women need for health, longevity and the life-long well-being required to crush gracefully for all of our days.

Today, I've helped many many many of my clients to design their own First 40 Days, and the nurturing, insightful and practical guidance I've given them is what I'll be sharing with you as you embark on this transformative adventure.
