Ayurveda for Athletes :: Three-Course Series
Deep within we all are forces of nature; humans whose energy and determination make us hard to oppose. But if we aren't paying attention to the forces of nature, surrounding + flowing through us, we're probably falling short of our potential. In this course series, we'll reconnect to that natural wisdom through the holistic, ancient system of Ayurveda. We'll deep dive into fueling, caring for digestion, and aligning with natural cycles to get the most out of our nutrition, rest, recovery and injury prevention strategies, and learn tools to boost our resilience so we can move, play and compete for life.
